Signs Your Building Needs Masonry Work
Cracks in the masonry: Any cracks in the brickwork, walls, near windows, doors, or openings, are all signs of masonry damage that will lead to water penetration and further damage.
Mortar Erosion: Mortar joints deteroriate over time due to external conditions. If the mortar on your building appears eroded, old, crumbled, or has gaps it will require repointing or tuckpointing services.
Bulging and leaning walls: Displaced walls are a clear sign of structural instability and damage. These issues stem from a core masonry problem with the building that needs to be addressed immediately.
